GRAND CASUAL LABOUR MEETING HELD IN CHENNAI ON 23-2-2017 AT PARK TOWN POST OFFICE.

                        Y. Nagabhushanam,Working President visited chennai on 22nd & 23rd Feb. on 23rd at 4-00 pm met new Chief Post Master General Sri. M. SAMPATH who joined as Chief PMG recently, along with COM. D. SIVAGURUNATHAN,Tresurer of our all india union and discussed the issues of casual labour in general and particularly non drawl of revised wages to PTCL/FTCL in Tamilnadu Circle and also other matters related to Daily rated mazdoors working in Chennai. He assured that the matters will be looked into and proper action will be taken on those matters.
             
                       After that, meeting of casual labour of Chennai city was held in Park Town Post Office building at 18-00 hrs. leaders of PIII,PIV,GDS also attended and addressed the meeting and expressed their support to casual labour organisation. com. Sivaguru nathan presided over the meeting and explained the issues related to casual labour and action taken by Circle/CHQ for settlement of the demands.

                        CHQ Working President Com. Nagabhushanam while addressing explained in detail the present situation and nescesity of joining the confederation struggle and appealed to all to join in agitational programmes decided by confederarion and make the 16th march strike a grand sucess.
