                                                SUB- Non implementation of DG POST orders in r/o payment of        revised wages from 1-1-2006 to PTCL/FTCL –Reg

Respected sir/Madam,

                                         It was brought to our notice that in many circles the orders issued by Directorate in r/o revision of wages of PTCL/FTCL from 1-1-2006 and payment of arrears even though the orders are very clear on the plea of one reason or other. This is nothing but neglecting the low paid workers who are serving the department years together even though they are neglected. In spite of clear orders why Circle/divisional superintendents are not acting properly resulting in heartening the low paid employees sentiments which will create a bad situation in their minds.

                                  As such I request the kind CPMG to issue instructions to implement the orders immedietly before end of 31^st May in all divisions first by payment of revised wage and subsequently payment of arrears. In this connection we convey our sincere thanks to those CPMG’s who has taken steps for implementing orders.

An early action will be appreciated by the poor low paid employees in the Department.
