RESPECTED SIR,

                                                 We submit that ministry of Finance,Dept. of Expenditure issued instructions on payment of wages to casual/contract/out sourced & daily rated mazdoors vide letter cited u/r at sl.1 and NFPE also sent letter on this to issue instructions to lower level for implementation of the same.

                                              But unfortunately the same was not forwarded by the department to lower level, because of which in many circles they are deprived of their wages due to lock down. They are the lowest paid workers in the Department working sincerely with devotion to duty in spite of corona threat.

                                             As such kind Secretary is requested to forward the ministry orders for implementation and save the low paid workers from starvation and render service to the Department.

                                            It was brought to the notice of this union that MOF order cited u/r above was not implemented in some divisions particularly in north Bengal dn. in respect of payment of wages to casual,contract,out sourced & daily rated mazdoors during the period of lock down because of which they are suffering a lot without any financial help.

I would like to bring to your notice that they are the lowest paid workers working sincerely or else regular employees cannot attend to duties.

                                                    As such I request the kind CPMG to consider their case sympathetically and appropriate orders basing on ministry of finance orders for payment of wages to them may be issued to all concerned and help the poor workers and show your humanity.
