Respected sir,
Sub-
request for absorption of contingent workers
Of P&T DISPENSARY-Reg
Respected sir,
This is regarding absorption of contingent workers in P&T
Dispensary. Now all dispensaries are converted as CGHS WELLNESS CENTERS
from1-4-2019 and guidelines issued to absorb all willing staff working in
dispensaries in CGHS. But unfortunately CGHS authorities could not take any
decision on absorption of contingent staff working in dispensaries in the name
of no provision for established posts in that cadre and sent report to
Directorate for instructions on the matter. Directorate informed when we
contacted that till formation of new govt. we cannot take any decision. Because
of this contingent workers who are working in dispensaries are left without job
and poor workers are suffering.
In
this connection, we request the kind CPMG to examine the issue sympathetically
keeping in view the financial position of these poor workers and issue instructions
to transfer these posts to nearby post offices
along with the workers working in those
posts so that they will be absorbed in the department, as CPMG is competent to
issue these orders.

Thanking you, sir
