REPORT ON 1ST AIC HELD AT BADNERA, AMARAVATHI[MAHARASHTRA] FROM 27TH TO 28TH DEC 2015
As scheduled 1st AIC was held very successfully at BADNERA, AMARAVATHI[MAH] on 27th& 28th Dec 2015 at SRI RAM BHAVAN AUDITORIUM, NAVI BASTI, BADNERA which was named after our NFPE ex president who passed away co. B.G. TAMANKAR of Maharashtra circle.
Reception committee chairman com. L.M. PARIMAL, ex circle president, PIII, Maharashtra & secretary, CENTRAL PENSIONERS ASSN. even though he met with accident recently and fracture to his leg remained all 2 days in the venue and guided the reception committee in making arrangements.
As scheduled on 27th inaugural session was commenced at 11-00 am. Com. L.M. PARIMAL, Chairman Reception committee invited guests to the dais to participate in the session. The session was presided by co. C.C. PILLAI, president of our federation. By lighting the lamp as token of inauguration by com. M. KRISNAN, EX SG, NFPE & GS, CCGEW the session was started. Com. S.N. DHOLE, WKG. CHAIRMAN, RC & CHAIRMAN, CONFEDERATION OF CG E, NAGPUR presented wel come address in the meeting. Afterwards condolence resolution was placed by com. P. MOHAN, GS and all the comrades stood silent for 2 mts. To pay homage to those who passed away during the period.
Com. M. KRISNSN, EX SG, NFPE & GS, CCGEW while delivering the inaugural address explained the situation prevailing and role played by NFPE in solving the problem of revision of wages of PTCL/FTCL from 1-1-2006. After wards com. GIRIRAJ SINGH, PRESIDENT NFPE & GS RIII delivered his address explaining the future course of action. In addition, Coms. D.K. RAHATE, EX PRESIDENT, NFPE, H. GEDAM,EX CS RIII MAH.and other leaders addressed the gathering. Vote of thanks was presented by com. KISHORE TAKE, GS RECEPTION COMMITTEE & VP, PIII AMRAVATHI and inaugural session was concluded successfully.
In the evening MAHARAHTRA circle conference was held and new office bearers were elected unanimously. A list is enclosed. Afterwards subject committee was commenced under the president ship of com. C.C. PILLAI, our president. Com. P. MOHAN,GS presented the annual report. Com. GAJENDRAN, TRESURER presented the accounts. After wards nearly 40 delegates participated in deliberations.
On 28th as usual session commenced at 10-00 am and continued the discussion on agenda items. Working president com. Y. NAGABHUSHANAM along with other central working committee members participated in discussions.RESOLUTIONS ON THE ISSUES OF PTCL/FTCL& DRM were placed before the house and passed unanimously.
GIST OF RESOLUTIONS:
IT WAS DECIDED TO CONDUCT MASS DHARNA BEFORE DERECTORATE IN 2ND WEEK OF FEBRUARY, BEFORE ALL CPMG OFFICES IN 2ND WEEK OF MARCH, BEFORE ALL DIVISIONAL OFFICES IN 2ND WEEK OF APRIL AND IF THE ISSUES ARE NOT SETTLED CWC WILL BE HELD IN APRIL 2016 AND FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION INCLUDING INDEFINITE HUNGER FAST AND STRIKE WILL BE DECIDED.
Tamilnadu circle accepted to hold CWC in the month of APRIL 2016. West Bengal circle offered to conduct next AIC after discussion in their circle working committee.
It was resolved to participate in all the programmes decided by platform of mass organizations, NJCA, CONFEDERATION, POSTAL JCA & NFPE.
Before taking up the issue of election of office bearers, important personalities of reception committee who rendered best service to make the conference success were honored by the union by inviting them on the dais and they were felicitated by Coms. M. KRISNAN & C.C. PILLAI.

Reception committee made very good arrangements for the delegates and conducting the conference. Not even a single delegate expressed any inconvenience. We convey our sincere thanks to reception committee for making the arrangements in such a grand manner to make the conference a grand success.
Finally with collective slogans the conference was concluded. This will be a memorable conference and we hope that the programme of action decided in the conference will be implemented effectively with the solidarity and support of NFPE & CONFEDERATION and continue the fight till the demand of regularization and other were settled.
