Sub:- Submission of resolutions passed in the AIC of AIPCPCCWF held at Badnera, Amravati, Maharashtra-reg.

Respected Madam,

NFPE convey its thanks for issuing clarificatory orders to CPMG Kerala and Andhra for payment of revised wages to PTCL/FTCL and arrears. We request the Madam to forward the same instructions to all circles as the issue is still pending in some circles.

I am here with forwarding the resolution passed in the recent All India conference of AIPCPCCWF held at Badnera, Amravati, Maharashtra from 27th to 28th December 2015 which is self explanatory.

I would like to bring to your notice that the resolutions passed are in r/o non implementation of various orders issued by Directorate from time to time at lower level, which resulted in unrest among the low paid employees of the Department.

You are requested to intervene and issue instructions to implement all those orders mentioned in the memorandum without further delay, so that the low paid employees of the department will be rendered justice and avoid unrest among the workers.

An early action is requested.

Sub:- Request for extending the facility of meetings to AIPCPCCWF at all levels –reg

Respected Madam,

In the recently held All India conference of AIPCPCCWF a resolution was adopted requesting extension of periodical meetings facility to their federation at all levels as provided to various organizations/ associations even though they have not participated in the verification and not get required  membership.

In this connection I would like to bring to your notice that this federation in association with NFPE is representing more than 50,000 employees working in the Department. If the facility of periodical meetings is extended to this federation it will help for better functioning of the Department .

AS SUCH, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE UP THE ISSUE WITH UTMOST PRIORITY AND EXTEND THE FECILITY OF PERIODICAL MEETINGS AT AN EARLY DATE.

Sub- Request for reiterate the instructions issued earlier in r/o casual labour - reg.

Respected Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that in many circles casual labour are denied of their legitimate benefits on the plea that they are not casual labour.

In this connection I would like to bring to your notice the orders issued by Dept. of Post vide lr. No. 65-24/88-SPB-1 dated 17-5-1989 basing on the historical judgment of HONBLE SUPREME COURT clarifying that all employees working on casual nature including daily rated mazdoors are casual labour. Only classification is full time and part time.

As such you are requested to reiterate orders once again so that the confusion prevailing in lower level will be removed.
