24th NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF CCGEW - 3rd DAY (06-05-2013)

The Delegate session presided by Com.S.K.Vyas, President, CCGEW.

The Delegates representing from various constituant organizations of Central Govt. Employees made their deliberations on the agenda items.

Today Com. M.krishnan, Secretary General, represented from NFPE, Com.R.C.Mishra, Vice President, Gr.C (CHQ), Com.D.B.Mohanty, AGS, P-IV,(CHQ), Com.P.Pandurangarao, GS, GDS(NFPE) delivered their speeches on the organizational issues of the CCGEW.

It is reported by the Committee  that 48 All India Organizations, 10 State CoC Representatives, 23 out of 27 Office bearers attended the National Conference.

38 Organizations submitted 45 resolutions on various issues related to common & sectional demands.

=Departmentalization of GDS.

=Casual Labour issues.

=Functioning of JCM

=Revision of wages from 01-01-2011

=Merger of DA with pay

=Bonus Act

=Bonus Ceiling

=Trade union Rights

=Right to Strike

=Filling up of all vacant posts

=Statutory Pension Scheme etc., were proposed and adopted by the house.

=Resolution on POLICY & PROGRAMME adopted unanimously.

24th NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF CCGEW - 2nd DAY (05-05-2013)

On 2nd Day, the session commenced with a welcome song played by West Bengal Comrades. 
The subject committee presided by  Com.S.K.Vyas, President, CCGEW and the House paid homage to the departed leaders.
The subject committee inaugurated by Com.Sukomal Sen, Vice President, AISGEF.
The subject committee proceeded with the deliberations of the General Secretaries of State Committees on the items of agenda.

24th NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF CONFEDERATION OF CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEES & WORKERS

The 24th National Conference of Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & Workers is scheduled from 4th to 6th of May, 2013 in Kolkata.

04-05-2013 (Day -1) (Open Session)

A big rally has been organized with more than 1000 comrades up to the venue i.e., Sukanta Mancha, Foolbagan, Kolkata city.

Confederation of CGEW flag was hoisted by Com.S.K.Vyas, President, CCGEW and paid homage at martyr's column with floral tributes.

The session presided by Com.S.S.Roy, Veteran Leader in place of the Reception Committee Chairman Com.Sisir Bhattacharya.

All the delegates & Leaders had a warm welcome with songs played by Comrades of Kolkata.

KERALA JCA STRIKE ENDED SUCCESSFULLY

Kerala Circle JCA (NFPE & FNPO) decided to call off the        3 days strike in Central Region after written assurance given by Chief Postmaster General, Kerala.

Chelur & Alacode (closed) Post Offices will be reopened.

RMS Nightset / L-1 offices will be restored.

All other issues with a favourable settlement.

Directorate  gave full powers to Chief PMG  to implement the assurances.

No other victimization, except "No work, no pay".

No FR-17A.
