Respected Madam,

It was decided by our union to conduct one day hunger fast before DAK BHAVAN on 19-12-2012 in protest against delay in settlement of issues of CASUAL LABOUR/ PART TIME CONTINGENT WORKERS working in DEPARTMENT OF POSTS in spite of written assurance by hon’ble SECRETARY to the POSTAL JCA in writing and DEMANDING IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF REVISED WAGES ON PRORATA BASIS WITH REFERENCE TO THE MINIMUM OF THE GROUP ‘D’ SCALE AS PER SIXTH CPC ORDERS  ALONG WITH ARREARS AND REGULARISATION AS ASSURED TO POSTAL JCA IN WRITING.
