APPEAL TO ALL GENERAL, CIRCLE & DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES OF NFPE AFFLIATED PIII,PIV,GDS,RIII,RIV,ADMN & DAP UNIONS.

The CENTRAL WORKING COMMITTEE of our union held at Delhi at NFPE office on 25-7-2012 expressed its thanks to all NFPE affiliated unions for their support and solidarity in settling the demands of casual labor working in the department of posts.

You are aware that the organization of casual labor was formed by NFPE in the month of November 2011 and working since then and trying to form circle/ divisional unions. Without the support of the NFPE unions this task can not be fulfilled.

It was decided in the CWC to complete the process of forming circle unions by October 2012. At present circle unions were formed only in ANDHRA, KERALA, WEST BENGAL, JHARKHAND circles and TAMILNADU & HARYANA ARE GOING TO FORM THE UNION. In this background this CWC appeals to all NFPE unions to take steps for holding circle conventions in all circles by the end of October to form circle unions.

It is also requested to nominate one office bearer of circle union to complete this process and the same may be informed to our union so that our union will be in contact with him to complete the process.

This CWC is having full confidence on circle unions and appeals once again to extend support to fulfill this task which will help to strengthen our movement and settle the demands of lowest paid employees in the department in particular and other demands in general.
